Need a receipt? Or need to change your payment method? This comprehensive guide will help you manage your subscription. There are two ways that you can update your information: Your Streamlabs Dashboard Memberships Page or on your Global Accounts Page. So choose whichever you feel the most comfortable with navigating and follow those set of instructions.

Navigation
Your Membership Page
If you are logged into Streamlabs.com with your Ultra connected account, you can use the direct link here or follow these steps:
- Find the drop-down menu at the top-right of your screen next to your Profile Picture.
- Click on it and then click Memberships.
Your Global Accounts Page
- Go to https://id.streamlabs.com/
- Log in with your Streamlabs ID
How to get Invoices or Receipts
From Memberships Page
- Click View Payment History.
- Click Download Receipt to the right of the particular charge you need it for!
Please do note, that you can update the "Bill To" section of your receipt by clicking the "Billing Info" button shown in the screenshot above. We do not offer any further customization at this time. Additionally, it's also important to keep in mind that we do not charge VAT or have a VAT number.
From Global Accounts Page
- Go to the Your Plan section
- Press Payment History
- Click View Payment History.
- Click Download Receipt to the right of the particular charge you need it for!

How to Update Payment Information
From Memberships Page
- Under Subscription, click Update Payment Info.
- Update your payment method and press Save.
From Global Accounts Page
- Click on Your Plan at the top navigation bar.
- Click Update Payment Info.
- Update your payment method and press Save.
How to Cancel Your Subscription
📝 Mobile Users: If you purchased your subscription on your mobile device, click here to learn how to cancel your subscription.
From Memberships Page
- To the far right, click on Cancel Membership.
- Choose from the options listed for your cancellation reason. Don’t be shy! We truly want your honest feedback! The next step won’t prompt unless you select a reason.
- Click the Continue Canceling button.
- At this point, you will see some important information about what will happen once your subscription expires. Please review the screens before clicking the Continue Canceling button.
- Screen 1: Information about your All Stars Ranking and the points you’ll lose
- Screen 2: The full list of Ultra benefits you’ll lose by downgrading.
- The Success! Screen will confirm your cancellation. Here you’ll see details about when your Ultra subscription benefits will end and options to continue using the free Streamlabs Starter Plan.
If you receive a "This subscription can't be canceled here!" error, this means that you purchased it on your mobile device. Please follow the steps for your specific mobile device.
From Global Accounts Page
- Click Your Plan at the top navigation bar.
- Click Cancel Plan.
- A warning screen will appear; click Cancel Ultra.
- Check the box stating, "I understand that I will lose access to Ultra features across all products from Streamlabs", then click Confirm.
Once canceled, your subscription status and end date will display on your account page, along with an option to Resume Plan.
Mobile Devices
Android
You will need to cancel your subscription within the Google Play store. If you do not know how to do this, please use Google's article here.
If you do not see your subscription there, you would be able to cancel your subscription through your Memberships Page or Global Accounts Page. If you're having issues, please reach out to our team in a ticket.
iOS
You will need to cancel your subscription through Apple. To do this, follow these steps:
- Open Settings: On your iPhone or iPad, go to the “Settings” app. - This is the gray cog wheel app called "Settings". This is NOT the settings menu within the Streamlabs app.
- Tap on your name at the top.
- Tap on Subscriptions. Here you’ll see a list of all your active and expired subscriptions.
- Tap on your Streamlabs subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap Cancel Subscription at the bottom. You’ll be asked to confirm your decision.
If you do not see your subscription there, you would be able to cancel your subscription through your Memberships Page or Global Accounts Page. If you're having issues, please reach out to our team in a ticket.
Refund Policy
Eligibility
Streamlabs offers refunds for Ultra subscriptions if your request is within 7 days from the date of purchase.
Important Notes:
- Residents of the UK, Germany, or Spain Users: Please review our Terms of Service's country specific appendix for information regarding service terms.
- Refund Denials: Refund requests may be denied if evidence of fraud, repeated refund requests (abuse), or unethical behavior is found.
How to Request a Refund
📝 Mobile Users You will need to request a refund through Google (request link) or Apple (request link). Our team cannot refund purchases made through Google Play or Apple stores.
Send our payments team a ticket and provide as much information on the form as possible. If you don’t qualify for a refund, cancelling your Ultra subscription will ensure you aren’t charged for future periods.
