- How do I get paid?
- To get paid, you must link your PayPal account and submit Twitch clips, as applicable, to the sponsor’s requirements. For example, if a sponsor asked you to talk about a product during your stream, you must submit this part of the stream when you complete the stream. You can submit multiple clips if there is a series of requirements that you need to demonstrate on the stream.
- Most sponsored streams require using specific assets, such as a sponsored logo (in a widget), which our team and the sponsor will monitor.
- When will I get paid?

- After your VOD submission, our team will need to approve your sponsored content.
- After approval, we strive to pay within 30-45 days, but this will be at the discretion of the sponsor.
- How do I unlock sponsorships? (for free users)

- Ultra users get early access to sponsorships. After 7 days, free users will be able to access it as long as they are eligible or can purchase ultra for immediate access.
- What happens after I apply?
- After you apply, our team will review your application to ensure that you are the right fit. If the team approves, you will receive a notification and contract to sign to proceed with next steps.
- What is required to fulfill my campaign?

- Please read the campaign requirements carefully, as each campaign may vary. Most campaigns will have required assets (you can easily download with one click), a content brief outlining what you need to fulfill, and promo codes/links that you must share with your audience. General requirements are shown on the campaign application page, and once approved, you will see all assets needed for the campaign.
- How long do I have to complete a campaign?

- Once you have signed the contract, the number of days you have to complete the campaign will begin.
- What do I do when I’m ready to go live?

- When you're ready to go live, click “Go Live on Desktop” from the app and go live to ensure we are tracking your sponsored campaign properly.
- What happens after I finish a campaign?

- After you have completed your stream, you must submit your Twitch Clips within the Sponsorships App and the team will review for next steps in regards to payout.
- Can I end a campaign early?

- You can click “Stop Campaign” to end a campaign early, which will terminate your sponsorship application and you will not be eligible for a payout.
- Can I apply to more than one campaign?

- Yes you can apply to any campaign that you are eligible for. However, you can only have one active campaign at a time.
- Once you have been approved, to start a campaign you must sign a contract to proceed.
- Are sponsorships only available via streaming from Streamlabs Desktop?

- Yes, for now, we only allow sponsorships from Streamlabs Desktop.
- Are there general guidelines for campaigns?
- Please follow brand guidelines carefully when representing a sponsor on a stream. You can find this within the Content Brief document provided when accepted. Typically sponsored streams must not contain or limit cursing, profanity, nudity, violence, drug use, or alcohol.
- Engaging in fraudulent activity will result in a ban from the Sponsorships app and may also lead to being banned from accessing Streamlabs altogether.
